The journey to Air Country Home wasn’t a straight path. After leaving a 19-year corporate career to follow my entrepreneurial dreams, I started a call center that faced some tough challenges. But rather than give up, I chose to learn, adapt, and grow. A pivotal moment came when a dear friend and classmate offered me a life-changing lesson: “I won’t give you money, but I will give you an idea.” That idea turned into the foundation for Air Country Home. What began with hosting guests in my own bedroom quickly expanded into offering professional property management services to people who are staying away from their homes . I realized that many property owners, especially those with second or third homes, struggled to manage their listings and provide guests with a seamless experience.
